ZEVRIO provides website design, website development and related digital services.

Website content, example pricing or descriptions do not by themselves create a client relationship or require ZEVRIO to undertake a project.

A paid project begins only when ZEVRIO and the relevant client have agreed to the applicable project terms, including any proposal, Statement of Work and Client Services Agreement.

If there is an inconsistency between these website Terms and an executed Client Services Agreement relating to a particular project, the executed client agreement will govern that project to the extent of the inconsistency.

Users may submit enquiries, project requests or other information through the ZEVRIO website.

Submitting an enquiry does not:

• guarantee that ZEVRIO will accept the project;
• reserve a project commencement date;
• constitute acceptance of a quoted price;
• create a client relationship; or
• require either party to proceed with a project.

ZEVRIO may accept or decline project enquiries at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Any final project scope, price, payment schedule and delivery arrangements will be agreed separately.

ZEVRIO may offer complimentary website audits, reviews or similar assessments.

Interactive features within concept projects may simulate real functionality for demonstration purposes.

Users should not rely upon fictional concept information as genuine commercial information or attempt to make real purchases, reservations or other transactions through functionality clearly identified as demonstrative.

Any prices displayed on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Final pricing may depend on factors including:

A final price will be specified in the relevant proposal, quote or Statement of Work.

However, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, ZEVRIO does not guarantee any particular:

• sales volume;
• revenue;
• number of enquiries;
• conversion rate;
• customer growth;
• website traffic;
• advertising performance;
• search-engine ranking;
• AI-search visibility; or
• other commercial result.

Website and business performance depend on numerous factors outside ZEVRIO's control.

References to SEO, search optimisation or similar services describe techniques intended to improve a website's technical foundations and potential search visibility.

Search engines and AI services independently determine how content is indexed, ranked, displayed or cited.

ZEVRIO therefore does not guarantee a particular ranking or placement on Google, ChatGPT or any other search or AI service.

Unless otherwise stated, the original content and materials on the ZEVRIO website — including ZEVRIO branding, original graphics, text, layouts and design elements — are owned by or licensed to ZEVRIO.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ZEVRIO intellectual property to a website visitor.
